Payment policy

The nightly rate is inclusive for up to 2 guests, with a maximum of 6 guests. Extra guests, per person per night: Adults $50 | Children $20. The minimum stay is 2 nights off season and up to 5 nights peak season. Please refer to our rates page for more details.

A deposit of 50% of the total is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellation fees apply if you cancel within less than 30 days of your intended arrival date, see below for more information.

Cleaning & bond

There is a mandatory cleaning/set up fee of $125 per stay. This ensures that the property is kept to a high standard for your arrival and left as such for other guests after your departure.

A returnable breakages bond of $1000 is required on booking and will be refunded once the property has been inspected after departure.

Cancellations fees

Within 30 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the deposit paid.
Within 14 days of arrival date: 75% forfeit of the total booking fee.
Within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking fee.

Please note that all prices the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%
